The management team were tired and beleaguered by the previous business approach which had demanded revenue but had not invested in a sustainable delivery model.


The Mission (brief)

To take a medium sized SME that was performing unsustainably and haemorrhaging staff to a sustainably growing business with improved engagement and a plan to double revenue in 4 years.


The Solution

Commencing with a ‘strategy summit’ Navigator worked with the MD to transform the management team into a focused leadership team who understood the mission and the respective roles they needed to perform to deliver the revised strategy.
