Coaching

The purpose of coaching is to explore possibilities, maximise potential and drive accountability towards high performance.

The word coaching literally means ‘to transport someone from one place to another’. The purpose of coaching is to explore possibilities, maximise potential and drive accountability towards high performance. Diagnosing the mission and mapping out a plan of action can be the easy part – the delivery and execution of the plan are where the work gets serious and can easily be derailed. your navigator will support this vital phase towards high performance through executive coaching, team coaching and group coaching.

“Not finance. Not strategy. Not technology. It is teamwork that remains the ultimate competitive advantage, both because it is so powerful and so rare.”

Patrick Lencioni

Group Coaching

Involves a group of individuals who are not usually members of the same work team being coached together.

Members of a group coaching session may be from the same organisation or different organisations. In the case of the former, the members will not typically know each other. Group members work on their respective coaching objectives but have the huge benefit of other members’ perspectives and input.

You already have talented people in your organisation just waiting for a catalyst to allow them to make their full contribution. your navigator coaching groups – both internal and external – allow leadership peers to exchange perspectives, generate solutions and drive through actions in a confidential and supportive dynamic.

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed citizens could change the world. Indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”
