Give us a brief description of your background

I have been working in the clean energy industry for three years. For the first two years, I was part of the sales team at All Seasons Energy, where I specialised in solar energy solutions. In 2024, I transitioned to Aira, where I now serve as a planning agent focusing on air source heat pumps.

Who/what inspires you?

Over the years, I have experienced various management styles, some of which made my job less enjoyable than it could have been. However, working with Aaron has demonstrated that dedication and the right mindset can lead to success. He shows what effective leadership looks like, positively influencing our entire team.

What does the word leadership make you think of?

Leadership, in my view, involves personal and professional growth, inspiring motivation, and providing support individuals or teams as they work towards a goal.

How do you feel about taking part in the Future Leaders programme?

I am thrilled to be a part of the Future Leaders programme, as I am keen to learn new skills that I can apply in the future.

What do you think are the keys to a sustainable future?

I believe that embracing renewable energy sources is essential for achieving a sustainable future. This would help reduce air and water pollution that is typically not generated by clean energy technologies.
