Give us a brief description of your background

Upon finishing my Media and Communications degree, my aspiration was to harness the power of media for positive impact. With a deep-rooted passion for media and a keen interest in sustainability, I am thankful to merge these interests in my current position. Here, I strive to raise awareness and motivate people to embrace sustainable practices.

Who/what inspires you?

I’m inspired by people who aren’t afraid to take a risk and live life so wholeheartedly. Life can be uncertain at times, but I learn so much from people who can thrive in that uncertainty.

What does the word leadership make you think of?

Selflessness, understanding, influencing and empowerment.

How do you feel about taking part in the Future Leaders programme?

It’s been great to connect with people from so many walks of life who all have the same goal - to create a better future. Working with everyone so far has left me feeling hopeful and inspired.

What do you think are the keys to a sustainable future?

Education and empowerment - giving people the power and agency to recognise the changes they can make.
