Give us a brief description of your background

Since graduating university with a degree in Law, I have been working at The Installation Assurance Authority. While I started out working as a Customer Service Administrator I have recently been promoted to a Membership and Guarantees Lead. Within our team we work towards helping our installing members gain PAS2030 2023 and MCS accreditation.

Who/what inspires you?

My parents inspire me as they have worked hard to get to where they are in their careers and are now well respected in their own industries. My colleagues also inspire me with their work ethic and determination to give the best service possible to our customers day to day.

What does the word leadership make you think of?

Approachability, empowerment, and influence.

How do you feel about taking part in the Future Leaders programme?

I am excited and extremely grateful to be taking part in in the Future Leaders Programme and I am looking forward to collaborating with everyone else while working towards our goals.

What do you think are the keys to a sustainable future?
