Give us a brief description of your background

Three years ago, I embarked on a Digital Marketing Degree Apprenticeship with absolutely no knowledge of marketing (or radiators), but with a determination to learn, I took the plunge…
Fast forward three years to now, at just 21 years old, I've just graduated with a First Class Honors and I’m currently leading the Marketing Department at Trust Electric Heating, the UK’s Most Awarded Electric Heating Company, which has been an ‘electrifying’ adventure.

Who/what inspires you?

Results, doing hard things, progression.

What does the word leadership make you think of?

Empowerment, compassion and determination.

How do you feel about taking part in the Future Leaders programme?

Very excited! I’m looking forward to developing my skills and learning new things that I can implement at work and personally.

What do you think are the keys to a sustainable future?
