What does the word leadership make you think of?
Leadership, to me, Is the art of inspiring and guiding others toward a shared vision or goal. It involves not just directing but also listening, understanding, and empowering individuals to contribute their best. A leader isn't just someone at the forefront but someone who nurtures a collaborative environment, encourages growth, and sets an example through their actions. It's about fostering a sense of belonging, motivation, and resilience within a team to achieve collective success.

I'm really excited to learn all I can from this programme and feel very lucky to have this experience.
What do you think are the keys to a sustainable future?
Learning from the past.
